Pork Chops
(2 portions - 4 pts each)

An old Weight Watchers recipe that is totally easy to make, fast to cook and delicious

2 pork chops (thin sliced) with bone, about 5 oz each
2 tsp. whole grain mustard

3 Tbsp. plain bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Romano cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. sesame oil

  1. Combine all ingredients except chops and mustard. You might need to use the back of a spoon to get the oil mixed in evenly.
  2. Clean pork chops, cut off extra fat. Place 1/2 tsp. mustard on one side, dreg in bread crumb mixture; repeat on other side. Coat both chops and place on a broiler pan.
  3. Broil 6 minutes on each side.

This dish goes well with Zucchini
