Center of the spiral... I used most of my favorite beads and stitches. The fabric was a checked heart pattern (and I found one with a spiral in the middle!). I used beads that my sister, Susan, gave me (green drops) and my friend Claudia gave me (small carved “bone”, reddish color, at top end of bugle row). My favorite bead is the left edging. And I used pearls and crystals. I love branch fringe, and that is upper right.
